No Name Studios offers conscious connected breathwork classes, bespoke group breathwork sessions and customised corporate workshops.

Our studio aims to provide a safe space to find your true self, free of labels and expectations. We are all made up of energy that inherently seeks to move, pulse and vibrate – so our job is to guide you through simple yet very powerful intentional breathwork patterns, to slow down the mind – and step into a place of restoration and evolution, a place to grow and embrace a deeper connection with yourself.

Our daily classes are designed for every day humans who are seeking ways to evolve and grow – they incorporate scientifically proven breath techniques designed to help unlock the full potential of your breathing, regulate your nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety. Breathwork can also positively impact your overall mental and physical health, and emotional wellbeing.

Breathwork Classes
01.

BREATHWORK (nose)

This class emphasises nose breathing, leveraging the breath to access the parasympathetic nervous system and harness the transformative power of breathwork for grounding, connection, focus, and relaxation. Suitable for beginners and experienced breathers alike. (60 minutes)

BREATHWORK (mouth)

Embrace discomfort and growth. This class integrates both nose and mouth breathing techniques to engage the sympathetic nervous system, empowering you to unravel any barriers hindering your journey towards becoming the best version of yourself. (60 minutes)

03.

BREATHWORK (open)

The open breathwork class will explore different breathwork techniques and will comprise a mixture of nose and mouth breathing. There will be opportunities to lighten the intensity to fall into a state of relaxation or to breathe deeper to experience profound release. This class has no labels, no expectations and no limits. These open classes are for beginners and for those who have experience in breathwork. (60 minutes)

YIN, BREATHE, GROW

This class combines long-held stretches with mindful breathing, supporting the body (muscles, tissues/fascia, organs etc.) for deep relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. (60 minutes)
