No Name Studios aims to provide a safe and comfortable space to find your true self, free of labels and expectations. We are all made up of energy that inherently seeks to move, pulse and vibrate, so our job is to gently guide you through simple yet very powerful intentional breathwork patterns, to slow down the mind and step into a place of restoration and evolution, a place to grow and embrace a deeper connection with yourself.

Our daily classes are designed for every day humans who are seeking ways to evolve and grow . They incorporate scientifically proven breath techniques designed to help unlock the full potential of your breathing, regulate your nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety. Breathwork can also positively impact your overall mental and physical health, and emotional wellbeing.

No Name Studios offers conscious connected breathwork classes, bespoke group breathwork sessions and customised corporate workshops.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a practice that involves conscious control and manipulation of breathing patterns to achieve various physical, mental, and emotional benefits. It encompasses a wide range of techniques, from simple mindfulness of breath to more structured practices. The goal of breathwork is often to promote relaxation, reduce stress, increase energy levels, enhance mental clarity, and facilitate personal growth and self-discovery.
 
By tapping into the power of the breath, individuals can access deeper states of awareness and healing, leading to a greater sense of well-being and elevation.

Sherri Ponisi

Sherri has spent the last 7 years turning her pain into her purpose. Her mission is to lead you from your mind and into your heart, one breath at a time. Sherri most recently is the founder of Connected Being Collective Breathwork and is excited to be joining No Name Studios. Her commitment as a facilitator is to ensure your experience is safe, empowering, and inspires you to take care of your mental and emotional well-being. Without this as a priority, you are not truly showing up for yourselves and embodying your true power through connecting with your breath.

Marc Lyster

Marc is a dedicated Breathwork facilitator on a mission to make Breathwork accessible to everyone. Passionate about unlocking human potential, Marc, who co-founded Enlightened Minds Breathwork is thrilled to be facilitating at No Name Studios. His commitment to fostering empowerment and contentedness in the human experience, drives him to create and hold safe and inspiring space for people to explore the profound benefits of conscious breathing. Marc's work is anchored in compassion, authenticity, and a genuine desire to uplift others.

Liz Ho

Breathwork was a turning point for Liz, serving as her first opportunity to release the stifled and heavy emotions that were buried inside her body. After experiencing a profound peace from letting these go, she embarked on a journey to deepen her own practice and honour how the breath is intrinsically linked to life. Now as a facilitator at No Name Studios, she holds space for others to do the same. Her commitment is to meet you exactly as you are, and give you the permission to come back to yourself. Our breath is the anchor through every stage of life, and everything becomes richer the moment we surrender to it.

Ash Sahota

Breathwork has served as a catalyst in Ash’s journey; offering immediate effects when conventional solutions fell short. Having navigated anxiety, depression and nervous system dysregulation firsthand, breathwork transformed her life. Now, Ash passionately shares the gift of breathwork with others in a nurturing environment for them to experience how everything that they seek externally already exists within themselves. Ash is the founder of Breathe with Ash and thrilled to join No Name Studios to spread the profound benefits of breathwork further. Driven by her intention to empower others to make positive lasting changes to their life, all that is required is an open mind and open heart to discover the transformative power of your breath.

Vinh Tran

Vinh is a yoga and breathwork instructor passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies. His classes focus on releasing tension and stress, creating space for inner peace and self-connection. "It's all about slowing down, breathing deeply, and finding a sense of ease within yourself.

Celeste Wang

Celeste is an RYT 500+ yoga guide with a dedicated practice in Yin Yoga. She began her journey more than a decade ago, embracing yoga as a path to balance, healing, and presence in daily life. Rooted in the power of breath, both as an anchor to stillness and a guide through movement, Celeste’s approach invites participants to slow down, soften, and listen deeply to the body’s wisdom. Her sessions encourage exploration of the subtle spaces between stillness and motion, effort and surrender. She is excited to join No Name Studios as a facilitator, holding a calm, supportive space for restoration and self-connection.

Celine Haughey

Curiosity and a desire to increase flexibility first brought Celine to the mat almost twenty years ago, starting a journey of not only unlocking the body and breath, but also the mind. Highly appreciative of the physical benefits of yoga such as increased strength and that coveted flexibility, Celine was amazed at the sense of clarity and calm that washed over her after each class. This propelled her to dive deeper into the practice, ultimately completing yoga teacher training to help others find a sense of balance in their own bodies. Celine believes yoga is for, and can benefit everyone. An avid storyteller, her classes are friendly and down to earth; interweaving yogic themes and philosophy with her own personal interests in sound healing and nature connection. Come as you are and leave each class feeling refreshed, nourished and supported.
